Welcome to SITA RAJARAM POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE (SRPC)

SITA RAJARAM POLYTECHNIC COLLGE was established by the Papathiyammal Pitchai Educational Trust in 5.44 acres of land at Mettupatti village, Hiraniyamangalam Panchayat, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, Tamil Nadu during the year 2010-11. The college building with an area of 65000 sq.ft building was constructed and the college was approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi in August 2011. Then the college was affiliated with Directorate of Technical Education(DOTE), Government of Tamil Nadu.. The college is located in the rural area with natural and eco friendly environment.

The College is offering five branches of diploma courses in Engineering and Technologycnamely Mechanical, Mechatronics, Paper technology, Electrical and Electronics and Electronics and Communication. These courses are very much suited for the growing needs of technical manpower and changing demands of modern industries.

The purpose of our Institution is to provide quality technical education to the rural students of Tamil Nadu. The students from the Districts of Karur, Tiruchirappalli, Mayiladudurai, Cuddalore and Villupuram are served. The college is arranging in plant training and campus interviews for all the students of our college.

Our college is equipped with department laboratories of best machineries and equipments to teach the latest method of learning industrial practices. The asset of our college is the well qualified and experienced teaching faculty and non-teaching staff guided by the efficient and able leadership of our Chairman and Principal Mr.R.Chandramohan.
